We are replacing all our 25 years old wooden windows to the new vinyl windows with a very tight budget… the salesman, alex, is very friendly and very patient and explained all the options to us, and never hesitate to come back many times to show us the products and explain the details. the price is very reasonable, especially for us with a very tight budget. the job was done in a very professional manner, fast and clean! we didn’t even find one single nail on the lawn after 3 days of hard work. the windows are so beautiful that we decided not to put up any curtains and drapes! with all the new windows they installed, there is only one little issue that one of the windows hardware is not as perfect as we would like. we need apply extra force to turn the handle to close it due to some manufacture fault at the window supporting hardware. but that is minor to us compare to the overall quality of the job. i will give them an a on this!!!!
Not only was the door exactly the one i had envisioned, the installation was done professionally and in a reasonable time. the finishing was excellent. now my family and neighbors are envious of the new “face” to our home. i would recommend capital windows to anyone, anytime..

Dealing with capitall windows was a pleasant experience. it was a no-hassle event. the sales personnel were courteous and accommodating to a few significant changes, and this did not affect price or delivery. windows were delivered and installed on the planned date. the installers were courteous and diligent workers who delivered a professional effort. capitall windows also made extra effort to accommodate on a change to interior window finish. i am pleased with the new windows and the finished installation. i hope the windows will now withstand the test of time.

A friend recommended capitall windows to us, but we still shopped around and compared. this company provided a very competitive price and a very nice looking product. in august 2015 capital windows replaced 8 windows in our house. the service after installation is great. there was misunderstanding about the grills of one of the windows. i called the company and they quickly ordered the glass part of the window with the correct grills and return to replace the glass. we are very happy with the quality of the windows and with the quality of the installation. highly recommended.

We had an entrance door and a window installed. it is exactly what we ordered. we received nice comments about our entrance door. the promotion price michael gave us was very good. the door came with a smaller size hole for the lock. the installer did not have a jig at the time to make a bigger hole so it was an issue for awhile. but at the end a locksmith pass by during the installation and it took him 5 minutes to make a bigger hole and everything was fine. very polite installers and did a good job.
