Excellent experience with Capitall Windows and Doors. Starting with our sales person Marc, and right up until install, everything went smoothly.  Product was what we ordered, everything fit perfectly and the install team were professional and excellent.  Everything cleaned up after install and they made sure we knew how the product functioned. Eugenie and Alex the two installers who  completed the work we’re exceptional - knowledgeable, professional and incredibly hard working. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship were obvious in every part of the installation. They took the time to make sure everything was done perfectly and treated our home with great care and respect. A huge thank you to both installers for going above and beyond. A great company to work with. When I was shopping to change my windows I got several quotes. I can tell you that Capital windows gave me a fair price and did an awesome job at installing 3-pan windows at my home. I replaced my home windows because they were getting condensation and they were not sealing properly leading to noise from outside to be heard inside the house. The new 3pan windows from Capital windows not only that they are sound proof but also eliminated the condensation from my bedroom windows, where there is an average of 45% humidity maintained in the house. We had Capitall Windows replace 2 kitchen windows…one over the sink, and another large wall unit.  I requested a quote and a sales rep came within a couple of days, provided all the info on the windows and gave us, what we thought was a reasonable quote.   Their office called and set up an installation appt. when the windows came in, and the team arrived exactly on time.   Friendly, polite installers, and they cleaned up everything before they left.  Great quality windows and excellent installation workmanship.  After the installation I had a question about something.  They got back to me right away and sent someone out to take care of it the very next day.  Excellent communication and a seamless experience from start to finish with everyone we dealt with.
